Cirrus Energy has agreed a deal to acquire Wilderness Energy UK (WEUK), which owns stakes in eight UK North Sea blocks. WEUK is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wilderness Energy Corp, a private Canadian junior exploration and production player, and was formed in 2005 to acquire prospective acreage in the UK North Sea.
