Technip lands Asgard gig

Technip has won a US $34m contract from Statoil for engineering, procurement, construction and installation work on the Asgard gas transfer project offshore Norway. The contract covers fabrication and installation of an approximately 4km long rigid flowline in 2010 and the replacement of two flexible risers in 2011. The contract will be carried out by the group's operating centre in Oslo, Norway.
