Oilcorp's China yard plan

Malaysian contractor Oilcorp has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with state-owned China Mining Holding for offshore fabrication activities in China. The duo plans to set up a joint venture supported by US $30m-50m in funds that will target the Chinese market.
