Tullow Oil and partner Heritage Oil have tested oil at rates of 14,364 b/d from their Kingfisher-2 appraisal well in Block 3A in Uganda.Three reservoirs with a cumulative vertical net pay of around 121ft(37m)were hit at between 8,708-9,131ft(2,654-2,783m)measured depth.Tullow said it appears that the three zones are equivalent to the same three intervals tested in the Kingfisher-1 well,which flowed at a combined rate of 9,773 b/d of oil.
