Ithaca seals UK Stella deal

Ithaca Energy has completed a deal to acquire a 66.67% working interest in the Stella and Harrier Shallow discoveries in the UK sector of the North Sea.The discoveries have been acquired from joint owners Shell and ExxonMobil in a deal ultimately worth US 30m,with 15m payable now and a further 15m due at the time of field development approval.
