Dubai's Global Process Systems has sealed a deal with PAE Thailand to form a strategic alliance to provide services to the oil and industry in Thailand and internationally.The joint venture with PAE adds engineering offices in Bangkok,as well as fabrication facilities in Rayong in the east and Songkhla in the south of Thailand,and also a technical workforce,said GPS.
