Vanco completes Black Sea deal

Vanco Energy has concluding a Production Sharing Agreement(PSA)with the government of Ukraine for the deepwater Prykerchenska Block in the Black Sea.The agreement is the culmination of the tender process through which Vanco was granted the right to negotiate the first licence to explore the deepwater part of Ukraine's Black Sea.
