Comoros block award imminent

The troubled African island nation of Comoros, in between Madagascar and the African mainland, is set to award acreage to a partnership of Anadarko and Artumas.The archipelago's Vice President Idi Nadhoim said that a deal with the two firms is currently being finalised.The companies are already partners in two blocks in nearby Mozambique.
