Petroceltic sees red

Petroceltic International said today that it had dropped into the red to the tune of US 919,000 after tax for the first six months of the year,hit by lower gas prices and production problems on the Kinsale Head gas field offshore Ireland.The company said,however,that the foundations had been laid for extensive exploration and appraisal work mainly in Algeria,Tunisia and Italy in 2008/2009.
