Brazil's state-owned Petrobras plans to bring the Maromba field onstream in 2012.Petrobras had declared the field in the BC-20 Block in the Campos Basin off the state of Rio de Janeiro commercially viable in late December."Its closeness to the Papa-Terra field makes production there extremely promising," Lincoln Weinhardt, communications manager at the Campos Basin unit, told Dow Jones. Chevron has a stake in both the Maromba and the Papa-Terra fields.
