Deal agreed for West Prospero

Seadrill and Ship Finance International have agreed a sale and leaseback arrangement for the jackup rig, West Prospero (Seadrill 4).Under the terms of the deal, Seadrill will sell the rig for US 210m and simultaneously lease the unit for a term of 15 years.
