Reflecting on some of the rhetoric being spouted in the media of late, one has to wonder, when does pandering become a criminal act? One of the benefits of living in a free society is freedom of speech, but common sense has always kept us from abusing that privilege to shout "Fire!" in a crowded theater. Or so one would think.
