PSA launches double inquiry

Norway's Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) has launched investigations into two incidents which involved falling objects on the Stena Don and the Transocean Searcher rigs.In the first incident a hydraulic tool fell from where it was being stored down to the drill floor on the Stena Don rig, operated by Stena Drilling.
