Shell-Qatar MoU signed

Shell and Qatar Petroleum have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to look for international projects together.The pact is part of Shell's long-term strategy of seeking global partnerships with state oil and gas operators in order to swap its global footprint in exchange for access to local reserves.
