Husky Oil plans to kick off a second deepwater wildcat in the South China Sea in the third quarter of 2008.The operator has contracted Norway's Seadrill to build a deepwater rig, West Hercules, which is due for delivery before the third quarter of 2008."If the rig is completed on schedule, Husky plans to commence drilling sometime in the third quarter of 2008," a Husky official told Dow Jones.
