Dyas/Northern in swap deal

Dyas has struck a deal with Northern Petroleum to acquire its interests in six oil and gas discoveries and three exploration wells onshore and offshore the Netherlands.In exchange, Dyas will transfer a 23.6% interest in the producing gas field in offshore block P12, a 30.4% interest in two gas discoveries in the onshore Zuid Friesland permit and pay US 24.4m in cash.
