PGS highlights EM potential

Petroleum Geo-Services(PGS)said that its Multi-Transient EM division has completed a series of surveys in the UK and Norwegian sectors of the North Sea in a project designed to raise awareness of the capabilities of its technology.The self-funded project has identified five prospects in the North Sea on which to prove the effectiveness of direct hydrocarbon detection as a potent offshore exploration tool.
