Skeie Drilling & Production (SKDP) is battling to stay afloat after a re-structuring deal for financing of three rigs being built for the Norwegian Continental Shelf was blocked by bondholders. The three large N-Class jackup offshore drilling rigs are currently under construction at the Keppel FELS shipyard in Singapore.
