Jamaica plans round in 2010

Jamaica will launch a licensing round that will offer 19 offshore blocks in March-April 2010. Raymond Wright, a consultant at state-owned Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica, said bidding will open in London in March and continue in Houston in April.
