Sterling's North Sea farm out

Sterling has agreed a deal to farm out stakes in its UK North Sea Breagh licence areas to Australia's Petro Ventures.Petro Ventures will earn a 20% working interest in Licence P1231(Blocks 42/19,42/20 and 42/24)and Licence P1524(Blocks 42/2b,42/3 and 42/4),as well as a 15% interest in Licence P1327(Blocks 42/8,42/9 and 42/14).
