Cambodian has unveiled a detailed plan to develop its oil and gas reserves in a bid to create sustainable economic development and reduce poverty.The government is looking for long term benefits rather than short term gains,said Deputy Prime Minister and chairman of state-owned Cambodian National Petroleum Authority,Sok An,at the Fuelling Poverty Reduction with Oil and Gas Revenues conference.
