Full speed ahead on Morvin PDO

StatoilHydro's US 1.7 Bn Plan for Development and Operation(PDO)of the Morvin field offshore Norway has been given the green light.Morvin was discovered in 2001,and the Plan for Development and Operation(PDO)was submitted in February 2008.The plan was approved in the Council of State in a fast-track process after about two months.
