Venture Production said that production in the first half of 2008 has been close to record levels at 45,700 boe/d,some 8% more than in the same period in 2007.Around 65% of total group production came from the company's Southern North Sea gas assets and Venture said the key drivers of higher production were two new Chiswick production wells.
