Operators from the US,China,India and Europe are interested in Uruguay's first offshore licensing round that will kick off in December.State-owned Ancap will offer 11 blocks covering between 4,000-8,000sq km each in water depths ranging from 164-4,757ft(50-1,450m),said Ancap's E&P manager Hector de Santa Ana.
