Shtokman company formed

Gazprom,Total and StatoilHydro have signed a deal to create a company - Shtokman Development AG - for phase one of the Shtokman field in the Barents Sea.Shtokman Development AG will be responsible for organising the project engineering,development,construction,financing and exploitation of first phase facilities on the field.
