Italy is looking to stem the decline in its hydrocarbon production by easing access to data,improving administrative conditions,and promoting its favourable fiscal regime.With the current spike in oil and gas prices,growing interest is expected in both onshore and offshore plays,and the country's Ministry of Economic Development is trying to do what it can to smooth the way for new investors.
