China's state-owned CNOOC Ltd has unveiled its business strategy and development plan for 2008 - with boosted exploration,production and capital expenditure(capex)planned.The targeted net production for 2008 is 195m-199m boe,compared with the estimated net production of 169m-171m boe for 2007.
