RWE Dea flows Egypt gas

Germany's RWE Dea has flowed gas at around 37 MMcf/d(1.05 MMcm/d),while testing a 138ft(42m)gas play in the Nile Delta,Egypt.Gas was discovered in its North Sidi Ghazi-1x well in the Disouq Concession.Gas flowed from a perforated interval at depths of between 9,029-9,088ft(2,752-2,770m).RWE Dea plans to complete the well and undertake further testing.A second well,South Sidi Ghazi-1x,will be drilled to test a similar structure,it said.
