Awilco Offshore has signed a US 335.6m loan agreement for its third semisubmersible rig which is destined for the Troll field in the Norwegian North Sea.The loan agreement is with Citibank,Eksportfinans/GIEK and The Export-Import Bank of China and covers around 85% of the estimated delivered cost of WilPromoter.
