South China Sea field flows

China's state-owned CNOOC Ltd has brought onstream the Xijiang 23-1(XJ23-1)oil field in the Pearl River Mouth Basin in the South China Sea.XJ23-1 is located in Block XJ04 and lies 19km east of the XJ24-3 oil field.It is being developed via a production platform,an FPSO and 15 producing wells,said CNOOC Ltd.
