CGGVeritas gets Oslo nod

CGGVeritas has received the green light from the Oslo Stock Exchange for its stock bid for Wavefield Inseis. Under the terms of the offer, CGGVeritas will offer eligible Wavefield shareholders one newly issued CGGVeritas share for each seven Wavefield shares.
