Cairngorm appraisal starts

Stratic has kicked off drilling on its Cairngorm appraisal programme in the UK sector of the North Sea. The Cairngorm well, 16/2b-5, is Stratic's first operated well on the UKCS and it is being drilled with the Byford Dolphin semisubmersible. Work is expected to last for 50-60 days.
