West Phoenix ready for Norway

Exploration offshore Norway will get a boost with the arrival of Seadrill's West Phoenix drilling rig.The rig,built by Samsung shipyard in South Korea,has just received an acknowledgement of compliance from the Petroleum Safety Authority of Norway(PSA).This rig is the first in a series of brand new mobile units which are due to be used on the Norwegian Continental Shelf(NCS).
