Readying for North Sea Rinnes

Aberdeen-based Dana Petroleum has booked a rig to carry out further appraisal drilling on the UK Rinnes oil discovery which was made earlier this year.Rinnes,close to Dana's operated Hudson and Melville oil fields in the Northern North Sea,is due to undergo further drilling later this year with the Stena Spey semisubmersible which will spud a well on the South East Rinnes area in late 2008,the company said.
