TGS-Nopec has kicked off a 9,000sq km multiclient 3D seismic survey offshore Liberia.The shoot covers a number of blocks that were recently awarded by state-owned National Oil Company of Liberia and has a high level of prefunding.The first phase of the survey is using one vessel,with a second vessel due to join it in November for the second phase which will continue through most of 2009.
