A consortium consisting of Amec,Jagal and Netco has won a five-year contract from ExxonMobil for the upgrade and expansion of offshore and onshore oil and gas production facilities in southeast Nigeria.Under the US 220m deal,the consortium will provide project management,project services and engineering design for the programme,which will not only ensure continuing operations but also extend the life-span of production facilities and supporting infrastructure in this major oil-producing region.
