Canada's Eurogas said the Ras el Besh-3 well on the Sfax Block offshore Tunisia struck oil in a 33ft(10m)carbonate sequence in the Reineche formation.Eurogas said the discovery has been confirmed by logging,pressure testing and sampling after the well was drilled to total depth of 7,231ft(2,204m).
