Dutch Delta deal done

Ireland's Island Oil and Gas has completed a deal selling its assets in the Netherlands to Delta Hydrocarbons,including the undeveloped Amstel oil field for an initial payment of US 35m.The payment includes 25m to be paid by Delta to Island for the assets,plus 10m as an advance on future royalty payments of 2.5% due at the start of production from the Amstel field.
