Japan's Modec has landed the Front-End Engineering and Design(FEED)work for a Floating Production ,Storage and Offloading(FPSO)vessel for Premier Oil's Chim Sao(formerly Black bird)and Dua fields development in Block 12W offshore southern Vietnam ,E&P Daily hears .The FPSO's rough specifications are a production rate of around 60,000 b/d of oil and a storage capacity of 1m bbl.
