Norway round targets Barents

Norway's Ministry of Petroleum and Energy has launched the 20th Licensing Round,which will include 79 blocks or parts of blocks with 51 in the Norwegian Sea and 28 in the Barents Sea.Sissel Eriksen,Norwegian Petroleum Directorate's(NPD's)director of exploration,said that the announced blocks in the Barents Sea are particularly important for further exploration.
