ONGC eyes Ecuador blocks

India's state-owned ONGC Videsh(OVL),the overseas arm of the ONGC,will bid for blocks in Ecuador in partnership with state-owned PetroEcuador.Ecuador is gearing up to launch a licensing round for seven blocks.An OVL team is due to visit Ecuador soon to iron out the details of a joint bid.
