Avana-EAX Seychelles deal

Isle of Man-based Avana Petroleum and Dubai-based East African Exploration are set to sign a production agreement this week with the Seychelles for a "largely overlooked area of ocean that could hold billions of barrels of oil". The partners have lined up a total of 15,000sq km in three tranches that Avana said it believes include a series of high potential drilling targets.
