TECHNICAL VISIT - PLASMOR

As I have never written for the ABE journal before my boss thought it would be a good training exercise to write a report on a recent CPD event to improve my writing skills (which I seem apparently to be lacking...I blame these 'lack of skills' on my tender age of just 20 and being relatively new to the construction industry). It doesn't help when your boss also happens to be the Association's President. On 11 September we attended an ABE regional event hosted by Plasmor Concrete Products at their production facility situated in Goole.There was a really good turn out for the tour and the following presentation, with over 30 delegates attending despite the poor weather forecast; but it seemed like mother nature was in a good mood and it was pleasantly sunny and warm throughout the tour. This made a nice change from the appalling weather that we had become accustomed to over the summer months.
