Training technology to the rescue

Recession is forcing organisations to bring innovation and the latest technologies to their training strategies, according to learning and development specialists at the European sumrniy discussions led by LINE Communications. The roundtable at the European Training and Development Summit in Barcelona, organised by the e-learning provider, indicated that blended learning and Web 2.0 tools have made gains against a background of contracting training provision, with one global business rewarding good performance with non-critical training.
