Vermont controversy yields new recycling plan

Not long after being accused of procurement violations, electronics recycling officials in Vermont have reversed an earlier decision and approved a local recycling company's proposal for materials collection. The action is a win for manufaciurers because they may now be able to fulfill recycling requirements in the state at a lower cost.
