The average selling price for scrap printed circuit boards ricked up 3-cents in January to close at $7.98 per pound. Driven largely by an increase in the price of copper, overall, the index is not much higher today than it was in January 2012, following a year of minimal growth. Overall, the January 2013 average price is only 2.5 percent above where it was a year ago.
