Electricity is the clean form of energy at the point of use and most convenient form of energy available today. It is the backbone of Industrial, Commercial and Technological progress. It is also a mean to improve the quality of life of the human beings. The global concern to have sustained development and to maintain clean and healthy environment for coming generations and its adoption by Govt. of India for strict implementation is widely appreciated inspite of certain constraint in implementation.
