摘要

The production process of a large-market news-paper doesn't allow for a lot of downtime-news happens everyday, regardless of whether the presses are operational or not. When you factor in the problems inherent in modern electrical systems that are being called upon to support an increasing number of nonlinear loads like computers, printers, and fax machines, the task of maintaining that system becomes more troublesome for the onsite maintenance staff.
