PP tool cases

ST Soffiaggio Tecnica will be participating in the K 2004 exhibition.At the show ST will present their TA 500 L blow moulding machine which will be producing one piece polypropylene tool cases.The principle characteristics of the blow moulding machine are as follows:clamping force 400 kN,extruder diameter 90 mm with LD ratio of 24 and having an output of 260 kg/hr,accumulator head with 5 litre capacity and platen dimensions of 700 mm x(h)900 mm.Like all ST blow moulding machines this model shares the characteristic rigid 'tie-bar free' construction,which facilitates the loading of large dimension tools and the addition of auxiliary automation devices.
