The introduction of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRFSO) was the most radical shake up of the fire safety legislation in England and Wales for over thirty years. Its introduction in 2006 brought new responsibilities for owners and managers alike in a wide range of premises, some of which were not previously covered by fire safety laws.
